    Wins propel EPHS lacrosse teams to the semifinals

    The Eden Prairie High School girls lacrosse team beat Southwest Christian 21-6 Friday night in the Section 2A quarterfinals game.

    Eagles junior attacker Kaci Kotschevar-Call (4) had an eye for the net tonight; she scored six goals and was credited with four assists. Eagles senior attacker-midfielder Brinley Hopper (5) matched her jersey number with five tallies.

    No. 2 seed Eden Prairie advances to the semifinals game at 6 p.m. Monday when they host No. 3 seed Minnetonka.

    The Eden Prairie boys lacrosse team beat Orono 9-3 Friday night in the Section 2A quarterfinals game. Eagles junior midfielder Ben Reisdorf (5) scored four times to help beat the Spartans.

    No. 3 seed Eden Prairie advances to the semifinals game at 6 p.m. Monday when they play at No. 2 seed Shakopee.
