    Sports update: Eagles beat Chaska, advance to state tournament

    The Eden Prairie girls basketball team defeated Chaska 60-42 in the Class 4A, Section 2 girls’ championship game on Friday night to advance to the state tournament next week.

    According to the Star Tribune, Chaska was ranked No. 1 in Class 4A by Minnesota Basketball News and had won 22 games in a row.
