Many of us find ourselves needing a subjective conversation partner when it comes to our current jobs, our levels of satisfaction, and how we might engage in potential transitions. A member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Rich Gruenhagen, can provide direction and support for those that are in job transition or are underutilized in their current positions.
