Drop-in between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, to be transported to the world of Minnesota potatoes! Help harvest the potato crop, enjoy hands-on activities and learn more about potatoes from farm guides. Watch the first Seed to Grow Harvest, enjoy the Rootstock potato fry in the Summer Kitchen and play lawn games. And please pre-register your gate admission.
