Get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and unity as we celebrate the essence of yoga in all its diverse forms.

Adults will have 3 options at each class time to choose from. Kids Zone will have different yoga classes, games, crafts, and mindfulness practices at each class time.
