
Mindful Moments: Family Yoga (Ages 2–4)
Join us for a fun and engaging yoga experience designed for the whole family! This class invites you and your children (ages 2-4) to explore mindfulness, breathing exercises, and movement through fun activities, music, and beloved children’s stories. Strengthen family connections while stretching, balancing, and relaxing together.
Details:
- Perfect for families—at least one adult per child
- Bring one yoga mat per person
- Classes are planned for the identified age group.
Come ready to move, laugh, and create special memories on the mat!
This class includes 4 sessions, running on Fridays, 6/20-7/18. No class on July 4th.
