Kids Night Out (Your Night Off) at the Art Center
Leave the kids at the Art Center for tons of art-making fun while you take the night off. Kids are welcome in pajamas, day clothes or even a costume to spend an exciting time creating, getting messy and making new friends. Pizza is served at 6:30 p.m. and is included in the class fee. No experience necessary. All art supplies provided. Sign up for all four sessions and save $15 using code #326232.

April 1, Chain Reactions
Explore chain reactions with STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) activities such as popsicle stick jumps, domino challenges and more. Young artists may also design and build their own cardboard automata, including simple machine elements that move.
April 22, Celebrate Mom, Make a Gift
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a unique gift! Participants learn how to make their own clay creations using hand-building techniques and colorful underglazes. Make it a surprise or attend with mom to have a special experience together. Completed projects may be picked up during open studio hours on or after Wednesday, May 10, just in time to be wrapped for mom’s special day.
May 6, Fairy Tales in Clay
Celebrate your favorite stories while using hand-building techniques like coil, pinch and scratch/attach. Participants sculpt their own fairytale character, scene or object in 3D with colorful underglazes.
May 13, Celebrate Dad- Fused Glass Photo Holder
Celebrate Father’s Day with a unique gift! Participants take inspiration from a variety of soft-edged glass pieces to build their own photo, card or postcard holder. Participants must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Completed projects may be picked up during open studio hours on or after Saturday, June 3, just in time to be wrapped for dad’s special day.
