Ka Joog 4-H Club
Youth engage in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) content and a sequence of activities that equip them with the mindset and personal leadership skills needed to pursue higher education and careers.
Each meeting includes hands-on activities, opportunities to be leaders, and experiences in post-secondary exploration! These are concurrently scheduled during Wednesday night Homework Help sessions at Eden Prairie Library.
Ka Joog 4-H Club is a partnership club of University of Minnesota Extension’s Center for Youth Development and engages youth in grades 6-12. A nationally recognized Somali nonprofit, Ka Joog is tailored toward enriching the lives of Somali American youth by utilizing the positive elements of education, mentoring, employment, and the arts.
