Healthy Relationships and Self Defense

In collaboration with Cornerstone and Metro Karate & Jiu Jitsu Academy, this in-person event is twofold and starts with a presentation in the auditorium from Cornerstone on establishing healthy relationships and boundaries, and avoiding violence and abuse. Then we’ll move to the gym where Metro Karate & Jiu Jitsu Academy staff will train participants on self-defense techniques. 

ALL students, staff, and community members are welcome to attend. Cost is $15/person (scholarships are available). Students must attend with at least one paid adult, however, adults may accompany up to two students. Registration is non refundable after March 10.
