
Gentle Yoga with Sara
Join us for an hour long yoga class incorporating Gentle and Yin styles of yoga. This low impact class will include mindfulness, breathing exercises, gentle movement and stretching, and relaxation. 5:30pm and 6:45pm classes.
All experience levels are welcome; postures can be adapted and modified for different ability levels. Participants should be able to move from sitting on the floor to hands and knees or standing independently. Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and 1-2 yoga blocks. Optional materials: bolster and a strap.
This class includes 6 sessions, running on Wednesdays, 6/11-7/16.
