Empower Class for Women | Tuesdays, Jul 11- Aug 29 | 7:30-8:30 AM
Spend time focusing on your well-being, learning new ways to improve your health, create connection and be in community with other women. In our weekly class you’ll learn and practice techniques to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Each class includes practicing body movements to build strength using a yoga mat and chair, a mindfulness practice, and a Christian devotion. Cost: $120. More info.
