Eden Prairie Night to Unite
Each year on the first Tuesday night in August, the City of Eden Prairie hosts “Night to Unite,” a summer evening dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the commitment to a safe community.
This is an opportunity for Eden Prairie residents to gather with neighbors and friends, get to know one another better, enjoy a few hot-off-the-grill favorites and build a sense of community. Neighborhoods can also choose to participate in a food drive contest for Eden Prairie PROP.
Representatives from the Eden Prairie Police and Fire Departments, as well as several City officials, will visit many of the local celebrations that evening.
Visit edenprairie.org/NightToUnite for more information and registration form.
Support Eden Prairie PROP
In conjunction with the Night to Unite event, the City encourages residents to incorporate food drives for Eden Prairie PROP within their neighborhood events. Food shelf items are typically low in summer months.
Parties who donate more than 200 pounds of food are entered into a drawing for a chance to win an ice cream social hosted by the Eden Prairie Police and Fire Departments. If you are the winning neighborhood, a representative from the Police Department will contact you to schedule the event.
According to the City of Eden Prairie website, neighborhoods that register their parties with the city and donate more than 200 pounds of food will be entered into a drawing to win an ice cream social hosted by the Eden Prairie Police and Fire Departments!
