Eden Prairie Indoor/Outdoor Triathalon

Join us for an indoor/outdoor triathlon in our state-of-the-art competitive swimming pool and fitness center! Swim in the pool or row in the gymnasium, bike in the gymnasium, then follow the course for a run around Round Lake. First-wave start time is at 8 a.m., subsequent waves start in 45-minute increments. Participants compete in waves of eight. You are assigned and emailed your wave along with additional event information Thursday, May 19. First through third-place males and females for Row-Bike-Run and Swim-Bike-Run receive a medal. Register by May 4 to guarantee a T-shirt.

Distances:

• Swim 1,000 yards or row 2,500 meters
• Bike 10 miles
• Run 3.1 miles
