I am excited to share that after almost four years of hard work, I will be launching my second book, Amalia’s Mesoamerican Table: Ancient Culinary Traditions with Gourmet Infusions. I am grateful for all the support I have received during my book journey, and especially for all my sponsors and partners who are helping me bring this event to life.

I invite you and a friend or two to join me for a fun and delicious fiesta on Thursday, October 7th, from 6-8:30pm, at Fueled Collective. There’s no cost to attend, but you must register by October 4th. Register Here.

But the experience of fully enjoying the dishes of this region only increases when understanding how the ancient cultures behind them came to be.
