We are heartbroken to share that Joleen Lillehaug Petersen passed away on March 31, 2024, due to complications from frontotemporal dementia. Joleen made a difference everywhere she went. The City of Eden Prairie’s parks and natural resources staff, in collaboration with the Fire Department, will be conducting prescribed prairie burns through May to enhance and preserve the native prairie landscape.
