A time for unity – Wendi Russo for Eden Prairie 49B

Letter to EditorBy Letter to EditorSeptember 18, 2024Updated:September 27, 20241 Min Read

This year it is crucial for all residents of Eden Prairie House District 49B need to carefully evaluate the candidates currently running for office. Many have taken notice of Wendi Russo for representative.

Based upon my own experience in talking to my neighbors, support for her spans across party line affiliations. It’s easy to understand why. Wendi advocates for safer schools, a more mainstream and balanced curriculum, lower taxes through wiser spending and oversight to prevent fraud like the Feeding Our Future scandal.

Wendi Russo strikes me as a reasonable, thoughtful and sincere mother, wife, and business owner who will do an excellent job representing Eden Prairie’s interests. I hope others recognize her as a breath of fresh air, as she does not align with any political extremes. Let us remember the importance of unity this year by voting for Wendi Russo in Eden Prairie House District 49B.

    Tracey Schowalter, Eden Prairie
