A rainy Saturday morning did not deter about 250 people from gathering at the Wings of the North (WOTN) Air Museum’s annual spring pancake breakfast.

The nonprofit WOTN, based at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie, has been promoting aviation education for over 26 years.

A highlight of the day was the presentation of $1,000 checks to Eden Prairie and Minnetonka high schools, recognizing their initiatives to introduce aviation-focused educational programs. These donations aim to inspire students to explore aviation as a career or for personal enjoyment.

The WOTN Air Museum is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. It is situated at 14857 Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie, accessible through Gate H at the northwest corner of Flying Cloud Airport. Upon arrival, visitors can follow the instructions provided at the call box for entry and then proceed according to the signs directing them to the museum.
