A portion of Riverview Road has been closed due to rising water from the Minnesota River.
According to a statement from the City of Eden Prairie on Monday, the road is closed between Hennepin Town Road and Parker Drive. Detour signs have been posted at Hennepin Town Road and Homeward Hills Road at Pioneer Trail.
The road will reopen once the water subsides and the pavement has been inspected for damage.
