Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck

Cousins Maine Lobster will be opening its first food truck in the state of Minnesota on Friday, June 6. The grand opening will take place at Menards Plaza on 12600 Plaza Drive, Eden Prairie, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The truck will serve Maine’s most beloved comfort foods, including its famous warm and buttery wild-caught lobster rolls, savory New England clam chowder, and fan favorites such as lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, and loaded lobster tots.
