The Wings of the North Air Museum will host its annual spring Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, May 3, in its hangars at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie.

The event will run from 8 to 11 a.m. or while supplies last. Admission is $10 for adults, $25 for a family of two adults and two children, $5 for each additional child ages 6 to 12, and free for children 5 and under. Museum admission is included with breakfast.

Among the aircraft on display will be a 1950 Aeronca, which will be awarded later this year through the museum’s 2025 Airplane Sweepstakes. The grand prize winner will have the choice of either the plane or $30,000. Sweepstakes entries are available at wotn.org/sweepstakes.

Visitors will also see the museum’s BT-15 World War II training aircraft, which has been undergoing a full restoration by Wings of the North volunteers and is expected to make its first flight in more than 70 years this summer. Other exhibits include a replica of the Spirit of St. Louis, honoring Minnesotan Charles Lindbergh’s 1927 solo transatlantic flight. The replica was previously displayed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport’s main passenger terminal.
