    EPLN OBITUARIES

    Thomas F. Striker, 86, of Eden Prairie passed away Dec. 27, 2021 with family at his side. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Janet, parents, and brother, Dick.

    Tom was a leader in his profession and touched many lives in the painting industry in Minneapolis. He was active in his community in Eden Prairie and many other causes such as the Hobey Baker Award, Ducks Unlimited, District Hockey, and Eden Prairie Hockey. He left a lasting impact on many lives because of his kind heart, integrity, generosity, and humility. Tom was one in a million!

    He is survived by his sister Cathy, son Jeff (Barb), daughter Lynne, his grandchildren Emily, Hannah (Matt), TJ, and Dylan, and many relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 13505 Excelsior Blvd., Minnetonka. Visitation is at 10 a.m.

    Attendees are asked to wear masks. The service will also be live streamed on https://ihm-cc.org. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
