EPLN starts new newsletter highlighting local events

Joanna Werch TakesBy Joanna Werch TakesMarch 7, 20252 Mins Read
Here’s a peek at one of the featured events in the EPLN events newsletter preview that subscribers received this week. Stop by the EPLN booth at the expo Saturday to see a printout of the full newsletter.

This week, Eden Prairie Local News (EPLN) subscribers received a surprise in their digital mailboxes. EPLN sent all existing subscribers a preview of its new newsletter focused on local events and things to do.

This new newsletter will arrive in inboxes every Thursday, highlighting local events for the upcoming weekend and the following week. Not yet a subscriber? You can subscribe to the EPLN events newsletter here.

New subscribers to EPLN’s events newsletter in March will get this free guide to local summer camps.

All new subscribers from now through March 28 will receive a free download of EPLN’s curated 2025 Summer Camps Guide for Eden Prairie.

As you use that information to plan your kids’ summer, we invite you to keep checking the weekly events newsletter for fun activities year-round.

The first official issue of EPLN’s events newsletter will go out on Thursday, March 13, which happens to be the day before Pi Day. This new newsletter will offer opportunities for fun, including a poll in which subscribers get to help us pick a name for it.

None of our current newsletters that keep you updated on news tied to Eden Prairie are going away. You and your friends can still subscribe to our daily or weekly updates featuring stories important to the community.

We’ve just added this new offering, which people responding to last year’s reader survey told us was something they wanted. We hope you enjoy it!
