EPLN Staff ReportsBy EPLN Staff ReportsFebruary 16, 20251 Min Read

Elim Shores, an independent and assisted living facility in Eden Prairie, has received a 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight, in multiple categories.

For assisted living, Elim Shores earned the award in two categories: quality of food and activities. For independent living, Elim Shores earned recognition in these categories: overall satisfaction, variety of food/menu choices, quality of food, response to problems, dignity and respect, communication, activities, move-in process, transportation needs, safety and security, recommend to others, and overall customer experience.

“This is a true testament to the wonderful community that has been created by our staff and residents,” said Jason Nelson, Elim Shores director of housing.

Activated Insights interviewed Elim Shores residents and their families monthly throughout 2024. These conversations included open-ended questions and ratings across various categories. According to a press release, qualifying for the Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights signifies that Elim Shores consistently ranked within the top 15% of care providers nationwide over the past 12 months.
