Marshall’s Farm Market, a produce stand located at 9100 Eden Prairie Road, will open for the 2025 season on Saturday, June 21.
Carrie Marshall, who owns and operates Marshall’s Farm Market with her husband, Greg Wiggins, said in a message that the stand will offer homegrown fruits and vegetables, free-range farm-fresh eggs, cut flowers, and naturally raised beef and pork. Wiggins and Marshall own a farm in Carver that supplies the stand.
The produce stand, in operation for several decades, is on the corner of Eden Prairie Road (County Road 4) and Pioneer Trail (County Road 1). It is open seasonally until Thanksgiving, with daily hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
