Goats, gardening, and home improvement were all on display at Saturday’s Everything Spring Expo. Over 600 people attended the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce‘s annual event focused on, as the name says, everything spring, with a particular focus on home improvement resources for indoors and out.

The goats themselves are related to home improvement: they belong to B3 Goats Mitigation of Glencoe, which provides the goats’ services in controlling weeds and invasive species like buckthorn. At the Everything Spring Expo, however, their main duties are to look cute and be petted.

They performed those duties on March 8 in one of the hallways of Eden Prairie’s Grace Church, the site of the Everything Spring Expo that the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce has been hosting for over 20 years. Nearby were kids’ craft activities, with food trucks parked outside to provide refreshments.

Businesses focused on plants, landscaping, flooring, painting, construction and handyman projects, and more were represented at the Everything Spring Expo.

Visitors could also discuss utilities such as electricity, find out more about local transportation options, including information from the Minnesota Department of Transportation about upcoming road construction in Eden Prairie, and visit with other community organizations.

Eden Prairie Local News (EPLN) also had a booth at the event, staffed with volunteers associated with our hyper-local news organization who shared the news about our new newsletter focused on local events.

The Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce is already planning for the 2026 edition of the Everything Spring Expo. According to Kirsten Barott, the chamber’s relationship and events manager, the event is always held on the second Saturday of March.
