Qamaria Yemeni Coffee is scheduled to open in Eden Prairie, with a targeted opening date of Feb. 15 for the 582 Prairie Center Drive location.
“Our goal is to create a space where people can come together, enjoy traditional Yemeni coffee, and learn more about the rich history and culture of Yemen,” said managing partner and co-owner Mohamed Hagi in a press release.
Hagi works alongside his cousin, Ibrahim Haji-Said, who is the other managing partner and co-owner. They operate Qamaria Yemeni Coffee locations in Little Canada and Blaine and are set to open a Rochester café in February, along with the Eden Prairie location.
While each location has a uniquely tailored aesthetic, Hagi said they share a decor and ambiance inspired by the colors and textures of Yemen.
“Our locations feature warm tones, cozy seating, and artwork that invites conversation and connection,” Hagi stated. “Our extended hours ensure that coffee lovers, tea enthusiasts, and those seeking a place to gather can enjoy our offerings throughout the day and into the evening.”
The anticipated hours for the Eden Prairie location are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to midnight Friday through Sunday.
