The Eagan Police Department, with assistance from the Eden Prairie Police Department, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Dakota County Dive Team, and Hennepin County Water Patrol Units, recovered Ramos’s body. Police said there is no indication of foul play.

Ramos was last seen at Redstone American Grill in Eden Prairie on Friday evening, Jan. 24. His family reported him missing to Eden Prairie police the following morning, saying they believed he was in crisis. Authorities had sought the public’s help in locating him, believing he may have been traveling south through the metro area.

“We would like to offer our condolences to Mr. Ramos’s family, and we thank the public for their assistance,” Eagan police said in a statement.
