The Eden Prairie High School freshman boys basketball team spent Nov. 23 bagging groceries at Jerry’s Foods and Kowalski’s Markets, both located in Eden Prairie, as part of an all-day fundraising effort. Each athlete volunteered for a four-hour shift between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., greeting customers and helping bag purchases.

The funds raised will support the team’s operational needs, including paying two coaches, funding the end-of-year banquet, purchasing team attire, and covering team meals and activities. A portion of the proceeds will also go toward scholarships.

Those interested in supporting the team can donate by scanning the QR code provided below.
