A 36-year-old man was found a short distance from the scene and taken into custody. According to police, the two men knew each other, and authorities are not looking for any additional suspects.

The suspect’s name is being withheld until formal charges are filed by the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.

The medical examiner ruled Muse’s death a homicide, citing stab wounds to the chest as the cause. The investigation by Eden Prairie police is ongoing.
