This Pi Day, Applewood Pointe of Eden Prairie served up a heartwarming array of pies, proving that math can indeed be delicious.

On Thursday, March 14, the senior co-op community didn’t let anyone go hungry, offering everything from cherry to key lime, blueberry, fresh strawberry, banana cream, pumpkin, apple, strawberry rhubarb, and peanut butter chocolate pies, with plenty of Reddi-wip for topping.

Eden Prairie fire and police personnel were also on hand, sharing in the feast and the festivities. The event marked more than a celebration of the mathematical constant; it was a moment of community bonding, bringing together residents and first responders in a shared appreciation of pie and companionship.

Residents of Applewood Pointe and Eden Prairie fire personnel shared pie and conversation during the Pi Day celebration on Thursday, March 14.
