    EPLN OBITUARIES

Daniel A Conley, 67, of Alexandria, Minnesota, formerly of Eden Prairie, passed away on Nov. 23, 2023.

Daniel was born at Midway Hospital in St. Paul, grew up in Eden Prairie, attended Zion Lutheran Church in Hopkins, and graduated from Lutheran High School in Minneapolis in 1974.

He worked in real estate for 30 years, ending his career with Edina Realty. Dan enjoyed riding his motorcycle, deer hunting, and fishing when he was younger. He enjoyed helping others, volunteering on a mission trip to Joplin, Missouri, after the devastating tornado in the spring of 2011. He volunteered at Love, Inc., in Alexandria, for donation pick-up and drop-off. After suffering a heart attack/stroke in November 2011, he stayed closer to home (Alexandria), remaining active in a men’s Bible study, meeting with friends, enjoying Christian movies, and listening to his music.

Dan was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Conley. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Jeanne; his mother, Lorrayne Conley; his sister, Diane (Melvin) Haag; his brother-in-law, David Bigger; five nieces; one nephew; and four grandnieces. Dan was loved deeply and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

The family will have a Celebration of Life for Dan in the spring of 2024.
