Public testimony on plans to build a Mister Car Wash at Flying Cloud Drive and Prairie Center Drive, where a Burger King once stood, will be heard by the Eden Prairie City Council at its 7 p.m. meeting Tuesday, Oct. 17.

This is the city council’s first review of the automatic car wash plan, which has been endorsed by its advisory panel, the Planning Commission.

Also on the city council’s agenda is final approval of a Pulte Homes project called Kinsley Townhomes: 42 units planned near the corner of County Road 1 (Pioneer Trail) and Dell Road in southwestern Eden Prairie. The council gave preliminary approval to the project – minus a connection to existing Valley Road to the east, opposed by neighbors – on Sept. 19.

Tuesday’s meeting is in the Council Chambers of the Eden Prairie City Center, 8080 Mitchell Road. Council meetings are also broadcast.
