The Metropolitan Council has announced a one-day closure of West 70th Street on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at the rail crossing for systems work related to Metro Green Line Extension construction. Local business access is available through Shady Oak Road.
Impacts to westbound traffic and the north sidewalk of Technology Drive are expected throughout the summer for work on the south side of the new SouthWest Station parking ramp being constructed adjacent to the existing ramp.
