    EP outdoor ice rinks open for business

    Eden Prairie’s outdoor ice rinks and warming houses opened on Dec. 23.

    Here is a list of the nine locations:

    • Crestwood Park, 9780 Dell Road. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-974-3906)
    • Edenvale Park, 7200 Edenvale Blvd. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-937-3476)
    • Forest Hills Park, 13708 Holly Road. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-937-0928)
    • Homewood Hills Park, 12000 Silverwood Drive. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-942-8211)
    • Miller Park, 8208 Eden Prairie Road. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-975-1889)
    • Nesbitt Preserve Park, 8641 Center Way. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-983-0607)
    • Prairie View Park, 17255 Peterborg Road. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-6 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-934-6057)
    • Round Lake Park, 16691 Valley View Road. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; noon-8 p.m. Saturday; 1-5 p.m. Sunday. (952-934-7114)
    • Staring Lake Park, 14800 Pioneer Trail. 4-8 p.m. Monday-Friday; 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday; noon-5 p.m. Sunday. Skates and kicksleds are available. (952-934-7120)

    On Eden Prairie’s non-school days, rinks and warming houses will have extended hours following each rink’s Saturday schedule. 

    Extended hours are now in place through Jan. 2 and on Jan. 17, Jan. 28, Feb. 18, and Feb. 21.

    Open hours are ice rinks, sledding hills, and warming houses are dependent on the weather.
