With 100% of votes counted, Minnesota State Representative Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn (D) held her seat against challenger Holly Link (R).
According to the Minnesota Secretary of State’s office, Kotyza-Witthuhn garnered 13,201 votes for 55.01% of the vote. Link received 10,784 votes for 44.94% of the total.
